What is your shipping policy for high-value items?
We provide complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping via FedEx for all domestic orders. A signature from an adult at the delivery address is strictly required.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
In addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty, Luxury Time NYC provides a comprehensive 24-month limited warranty covering mechanical components and timekeeping accuracy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return period for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition it was received, with all security tags and protective plastics intact.
