Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece or accessory in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates, then pack it securely inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid FedEx priority label to your package and drop it off at an authorized shipping center; all returns are fully insured by Luxury Time NYC during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
